I haven't seen it in tape form, but I did get a sheet of reflective black 3M sticker from the sign & sticker shop at Ubi Ave 3 (blk 3004 or 3005, not sure). I haven't got around to putting it on my bike, so I can't comment on whether it's actually any good, but since it's from 3M I hope it should be all right. Do post here if you manage to get the tape. Thanks!

Its a reflective strip in black colour.

 

will reflect when light is shone on.

it is black colour like a black sticker in normal conditions... however when light in shine on it, it reflects light, when you take picture the black sticker will appear as white instead of black...

 

see my sig, it will look white when the flash from the camera is shone on it...

When see near and with camera, its looks shiny slivery in colour...

 

But from far, here how it looks like (before and after)...

3M Diamond grade comes likes a piece of hard plastic... It has limited flexibility, can't contain curve surface well...
