btw does the engine heat comes out from the side near the foot peg near changing gear??

ride r1 b4, kana hot air

Suzuki bikes are built to run hotter. It is controled by the Themosat valve which is preset at 88~89ºc. while the normal fan switch on at 100~105ºc. That why our normal riding temperature is always around that temp. Even if you change to a better coolant it will still be the same.

is your horn still stock or you have change it.

Maybe due to insufficient voltage , as 103 degree , your fan have come to work ,so maybe not enough to supply the power for the horn.

Just my 3cent thought. Might be other problem.

Yours stock or aftermarket? Some electronic device dun work at extreme high or extreme low temp. Due to heat expansion or cold contract. I never try using my stock horn till so high temp. And neither my aftermarket at this high temp. But if you were to change to aftermarket. DO remember to tap the 12v supply directly from the batt. But of course thru a relay supplied. But I dun see how the fan will rob away the power supply from the horn. Cause the circuit shouldn't be route this way.

You're wrong. The material that will crack and become brittle is Carbon. Not Titanium. Anyway his bike is G1. Stock 1000cc comes with full titanium system. That why he dun need to change full system. Titanium is the most prefered material to be used as header cause is the strong and light. LIghter than stainless steel. Hope my explaination helps. :cheer:

You have been taken for a ride by them...

If titantium is like what they say, why would manufacturer sells titantium pipe at a higher price compare to carbon/stainless steel?
