The honey comb(catalyzer) will "trap" the exhaust gas first to convert them

into less harmful fumes, causing a lot of heat to be radiated out from there...The cat,exup valve and 'channel block' in the stock exhaust slowed down the flowing out of exhaust gas from the end can outlet , the Y pipe where the cat is placed just under rider's seat contributed more heat sensation to the rider's balls..

Anyone can give an absolute answer to why there is a flatspot at the midrange ?

Due to ram-air inefficiency ? Or due to the cat in the Y pipe ? I have heard from

a friend(ex 05R1 rider) that installing factory-pro v-stack , M4 full system* , PC3 & BMC airfilters can help smoothen the power dip ... Not sure how true it is but I can

only say that his ex-bike is really fast !!!

 

 

*not neccessary must be M4 , the bike also fitted with hi-comp gasket.

hmmm i went to ang mo kio industrial park one building... i think 4th floor de to get my IU unit bracket. then that guy say can help me remove my cat for 200++. but if i haven't add end can, should i remove?

 

if i only remove the cat... is it good or bad?

actually when i was behind a van when suddenly it jam break in front of a junction to stop a passenger.i manage to brake in time but the bike was at a position where it was in cornering so i lost balane and fall
