yesterday took out spark plug. the whole c*** head blacken wat. tink not enug air.. filter choke. btw used 14000. oops

Manual recommends changing a stock air filter at 18k km..I change mine at 10k km..Going to wash it soon cos too much dust since i work at Changi..

I have the circuit diagram for the Gear Indicator using LEDs to indicate..

But then i did go scout for the components the other time,can find the value for some resistor which they recommended..Link is below

think i have seen u posted on the diagram as well. im an electronics idiot though. and yes, the cover is the hard part.

 

the guy there actually have a piece of aluminium on and went to anodise it. and he went to the extend of sealing it up with epoxy to make it water resistant!

well, i seriously think this indicator is much better than the acumen's one. acumen's gear indicator is universal, and this is custom. so prolly that's the reason why

Hi to all gixxer, Anyone here want to do a TEKA mapping plus a Base run for your bike? i got a offer from unity , teka plus dyno for $100.And if you quote my name , maybe can get cheaper.All if we go together ,maybe more cheap.Anyway i will be going for that next week.To see a BMC Race filter plus street legal exhast can gain how much bhp before teka and after teka. :smile:

If you guys thinking of finding ppl to use aluminium or stainless to make the case, it will be expensive, cause it is a one time sale. Beside material, you have to include labour cost and the cost of machining. Unlike acumen where they are being mass produced. So maybe the cover alone will cost u $50?? So the bottoms line, GO GET A K6 G1, bloody hell comes in built with gear indicator!

And I have bought before those plastic box (waterproof) which is used to house electircal cable type. I forgot if there is smaller one or not. The one I bought is quite big. If have, the small box can also be used as the cover. These kinda of thing can be bought at Sim Lim tower.

When want go do teka , i want to comfirm that hard run in will produce more bhp than normal run in. cso till now 2 g6 doing hard run in is producing 94-96 bhp where by a g6 doing a normal run in is only getting 90-92.

Today a angmo stock R6 which did a hard run in is getting a 100bhp.

Akra/ knN filther, new spark plug w/o Teka- 102.00 Max Bhp @140.70RPM

- 43.03 Max Ft/[email protected]

 

Akra/KnN, new spark plug with Teka -106.82 Max Bhp @143.20RPM

- 44.60 Max Ft/lbs @115.60RPM

Normally, i would have use 36 front and 42 back for normal ridin and tourin. But if goin track, i suggest 30 front and 29 back
