For those riding GSXR 750 K4 now and ex riders.

I just want to check what is the ideal RPM range upon starting a K4. Mine is about slightly above 1.5 and around 2. I feel the timing is abit high but I'm not that sure since I'm very new to this bike. Need your expert advise.

2nd issue is the ideal temperature. My bike temperature rose quickly in just about 5 to 10 min of riding to about 103 degree C b4 the fan kicks in. This is especially common when I'm riding in the afternoon. At night its about 98 degree C.

Last where do you guys normally service your bike. I'm residing in the West area, any recommendation?

Leave the racing in the track

idling wise should be around 1.

ideal temp will be between 90 to 100 on a hot day, 80 to 90 on a cold night.

temp is taken during riding on e-way at about 100km/h.

try riding again and check ur temp...

usually above 50 is ok to move off...

keeping the rpm low to minimise wear...

till u reach a temp of 80 onwards b4 u start gunning the bike...
