IMO

 

1 ) the design and shape is the best among all the R1s

 

2 ) problem free up to now. No TPS and heat issues.

 

3 ) roll on is still better than EFIs ... :lol:

Hi fello bros... A bit off topic here.. I just noticed that the left projector headlight lens of my R1 08 has cracked... If I am not wrong, there are several other bros here experiencing the same problem here.. N its always the left headlight..

 

Does the affected bike owners just let the light stays cracked like dat or do u change to a new one? How much does a new headlight cost? $500+ i supposed? Wat are the side effects if I just let the light be like dat? Thank you.

if the headlight crack on it's own due to material defect, it should be covered under warrantry.

same as lo-on and maxbg.. still prefer the R101...

technology neber stop..

 

no doubt that the Carb tech is lagging behind and the power deliver is not as good as the new EFI tech, but the machine is really good.

 

for track use i would still rather stick with the o1R1. coz neber realli utillize it to the max in track. there is still a lot of fun in it.

 

actually depend on why you buy the bike for....

for me i just use to to guide ard in track last time and not reali for road use.

even more i no longer riding 01R1, i still right a X9 and guide ard..

technology does not realli matter much to me..

 

what matter me most is the spare parts and the aftermarket parts...

hahaha

 

but if its free, why not take and keep? after all its free ma....

 

unless you dont like free thing..especially r109???
