k9600?...must check to see if ur headers are the same as the k8s. if it is u can buy super cheap k7 stock headers to replace ur current cat-welded headers, then u dun need to operate. u can just slip on any exhaust without the catalyzer still stuck there. Or if u not bothered by the cat weight, the cheapest thing u can do...or self diy, is u can keep the cat there but knock out the honeycomb inside to make it hollow. shud provide u slightly raw pitchy tone.

those snapons screws suzuki agent dun have i think. Asked at a shop once and they called up agent which dun provide it. so got the r1 ones instead, which actually fits just the same. yamaha stuff can easily get at the auth dealer shop beside the old JR shop. u can ask how much are those, and compare with what ahduck mentioned at autobacs. They usually sell in pieces.

yah it the same as k8 600. in 'gixxer.com' pple there use k7 header and install on k8/k9. can i know what the price and compromise of wat items? thks alot.

mine k7...no pc5. anyway, ur bike already looks like it can perform very sweetly. if u just want to turn the meow into a grrr...Lol. then i recommend, arrow gp slipons for street-legal...like rain's bike. grr grr. haha. if u want cheaper but more obnoxious grrr...get twin levelone racing (LOR). it will grrr grr until u cannot tahan...like uncle blueblood. LOL. or if u want ultimate monster tiger...go for dual termignoni. trust me, all cars will siam away...

nah here u go...cheap cheap...i calculated around 120~150sgd depending on how u bargain. great condition. positive seller. ur key to opening ur door to many slipon options.

Can I buy used exhausts over ebay from international sellers and be able to get LTA cert for it over here?? Cause used pipes seem quite cheap keke

 

And anyone who has done grounding can tell me how useful it is and has it improved ur bike in anyway...e.g. reduced vibration or anything?

i wud think the angle and fitment is different. u might need to fabricate a linkpipe to join the header and ur legal k8/k9 slipon. but before u do that, fix the slipon on ur stock catalyser and send for inspection. once pass, can take out the cat-welded header and fix this header with ur fabricated linkpipe. unless, u might wanna try asking leovince, or whoever u buying ur legal slipon from if it wud pass if u buy a k7 slipon to fit on ur k9. chances are might not be able to. and if could also, u will need to borrow a k7 cat to go for inspection.

Exhaust wise, unless the local distributor is willing to print out a manufacturer cert endorsed by them for you..This would probably require close connection with them..

 

Grounding reduce vibration?? I reckon so..

 

Grounding is done to basically conduct off the excessive current which is generated by the circuit thus prolonging the life of that component itself.

think abit hard. cos u buy from overseas is like agent here bring in from overseas. and now i heard legal cans need/have two serial numbers. one from lta, one from agent. the agent one will be issued by lta too if im not wrong. anyways, all in all, u will still need to go thru the exhaust agent to get the serial number before going for inspection and getting another serial number. sumthing like that la. i not too sure also. maybe some bros or sis here will know better. but from what i see, u will get stuck with the agent, cos u didnt buy from them...will they help u? just a thot.

from Guan hoe.. i got mine from there... other parts... can get from ebay like the guys here!!!!

yoshi time is over liao, i think leo vince suits better for suzuki, most of SBK suzuki using LV.

exhaust no worries...fitment issues can always be fix. what are u looking for... street legal full system? u can browse thru the vendors' thread...hopefully they have promos. if u like yoshi...there's one r55 full system for sale on ebay for 1k brand new. comes with removable volume insert.

From what I know , pc is to help u tune your bike so it can get the best setting for fuel , air intake etc ...
