What he means if i understand it correctly is to take a look at the dyno graph to find out at which rpm is the peak torque generated at, noting that rpm level and use it as the shift point.

 

But of cos it's better to have ur own dyno graph..

 

From Motorcycle USA, peak torque of your ride is 43.91 lbs.-ft. @ 11,300rpm

no, wat u r looking at is max power or bhp, u need to look at torque, dyno graph will show u ur max bhp n torque. its like wat MC28 said
