Hey guys, nid some advice. Im on a K8 750 for a year now, on stock tyres BT016, 11K milleage. The front seemed to be worn already about to reach the safety marker and seem to have a bulge going around the tyre closer to the right side, rear seems still able to give me 3K milleage though...is this normal? I dont track just for work commute.

Hey guys, nid some advice. Im on a K8 750 for a year now, on stock tyres BT016, 11K milleage. The front seemed to be worn already about to reach the safety marker and seem to have a bulge going around the tyre closer to the right side, rear seems still able to give me 3K milleage though...is this normal? I dont track just for work commute.

 

the bulge occurs as ur tyre wall has given way and the pressure within the tyre has pushed out the wall in the weak spot. when you ride and pressure is put on the tyre, it may burst and u will then lose control of ur bike and etc etc. so it doesnt matter if ur tyre is new or not, as long as there's a bulge, it is damaged. my advice is to change asap. dun depend ur life and bike on a damaged tyre...bad news bro

I am riding a suzuki gsxr 600 07 model and my mirror seems to be loose the part where i open and close the mirrors. do i have to change the whole mirror or it can be fixed.

i've never used diablo rosso, but for pirelli street i like the diablo corsa 3. gd sticky grip on the road. you might wanna try other tyres than 016 then you'll get a feel of a few different tyres if u have the chance. cheers mate`

i'm not sure if u can fix it. many had this problem. the best advice i can give is not to open close your mirrors frequently. do it often and it'll shake and start to auto close by itself when u start running fast. since it's already loose tape it up or sumthing to prevent it from shaking.

from ur tire wear... seems like u r using the front brake 90% of the time...

it's quite common... that's y i always use rear brake more than the front...

i know it's not as safe but i just like my tires to wear evenly...

Only 2 avaliable Options here Bro.

1) Find a Shop tats willing 2 Knock the Rivets Dead. This will stop the Mirrors from moving on its own, but also deprived U of the Luxury of ever moving it again

2) Buy a replacement. Either go for the Originals & dun alwayz Open/Shut them. Maybe onli when blasting in NSH U close them, coz if nt they will surely loose again, back 2 square 1. Or like most of Us here we buy an AfterMarket replacement; Cheaper & more chic
