Read the Gixxer forum in USA, seems to be a common problem for K5 and also new K6 with only less than 1k miles on the odometer.

ET: Actually remove but he accidentally drop it into his headlight assembly...

veri troublesome to take it out from the headlight assembly. Maybe can use long wire and magnet to try to take it out...

One of my friend k5 1000, his clutch slip on the first day he got his bike.I think that the problem with our slipper clutch. Lucky it only need to adjust and not change the clutch plate and steel. :smile:

Haven't check with Guan Hoe but KS the Suzuki agent hasn't brought in the clutch plates for k5 yet.

Ya, that y , i bought the barnett clutch kit form Ebay last month. Just incase.

Any of the bros here have met this problem before???

 

Oil seal of fork leak due to a 'scratch'. Bikeshop say need to sand or if cannot then may need to change the the fork(which cost around $300, one side.) :help:

2005~2006 --> Honda CBR L model 400cc , stock bike...

2006~200? --> Yamaha R1 02 1000cc , K&N air filter , power abuser , grounding , ohlins damper , Micron race exhaust, hel brake hose... WTB~~ PC3 , after market header n single seater...

Nope it is not a piggyback. The piggyback thingy is PC3 which has even more features than the Yoshi Box. Yoshi Box can only tune the air fuel ratio. PC3 can also tune the air fuel ratio and on top of that it can also write to your ecu how much petrol you wanna combust at a certain rpm.
