i am considering buying an R6 or R1 but not certain whether it is gonna be second hand or first.

 

 

I heard that most second hand R6/1s usually kena rammed until quite jialat(is that true?)

 

i wont be using it for racing, i just like the design of the bike.

 

Was wondering if it would be worth investing in a new one....

 

pls advise:help:

For second hand,

 

Check for any physcial defects like orginal fairings, welded frames, suspensions, chain and spockets and tires.

 

Start up, listens to any weird clinging noises or tat u might feel juz uneasy.

 

Last calculate your price on tat particular bike u hv wanted for a long time.:smile:

If you have the money and can afford to get a brand new bike plus you intend to keep the bike for a long time, then do so. Cos even when buying a 2nd hand bike, you have to set aside some money for repairs and stuff... :goodluck:
