well engine oil doesn't have any effect on the tick tick tick sound of the timing chain. Reason why its noisy is cause its starting to get loose after sometime.

 

Engine oil only has effect on engine and gears for 4-stroke. Even if u change to the best engine oil in the world, as the engine oil's viscosity gets thinner and thinner, dirtier and dirtier due to metal debris cause by wear between metal parts, the "tak" sound will come on again when engaging gears .....
