actually not messy. just need to bypass a wire from the headlight.

need to take out the headlight assembly in order to alter the wiring?

New original RVF rectifier costs $180 four years ago...

I suggest u get a 2nd hand 600cc bike's rectifier...

it will last u veri long cos it has more than enough capability to

handle the charge from the coil...

Alternatively get a Super4 rectifier , $70 and size is much smaller

compared to RVF's but won't last long...

For your new R1 , installing good grounding and volt-stabilizer should

give a good protection against batt, rectifier, coil failure...

i SEe...But i GOing TO Get New Bike LE.....I Jus ReplaCe it Wif E 2nd Hand De....

It's Auto Machinery. Battery is 100plus. Less than 200bucks. You didn't change it at all ?

how come? Do u mean we hv to rewire the whole bike?So it looks messy?

Ugly as in the switch. Don't look as pro as stock switch.

Besides, the switch won't last as long as stock switch. Prone to melting and physical failure.

The easiest way is to break the connection at the headlight socket. H4 for 03 and older, H7 for 04 and newer. Add a switch at the breakage and pull the switch to handlebar.
