I was travelling along jammed PIE, due accident further down. As a biker, we would squeeze in & out between lanes. Here comes a beemer who accelerate while I try to squeeze into his lane. This black guan lan fella then kiss my back n refuse to exchange particulars. I saw not much damage on my bike but he does have a small dent on his bumper. I did not pursue further because the whole PIE is already very jammed. But I took some pics just in case.

My question is whether regardless who cut into whose lane, as long as the back is kena kissed, is the back driver always wrong?

Any kind advise??

Not necessary.

If the back driver can prove that u cut into his lane abruptly from the side and if u are making claims against him, u might not be getting a 100% payout for ur damages.

Steps to do a proper KNNBCCB with middle finger.

1. Bow down slightly, looking intensely at objective

2. Like a raging bull, hop and jog slowly towards objective

3. Take your left palm and slap it hard on the right mid-arm with a SLAP!

4. With charisma, raise right arm, whilst showing middle finger (with left palm trapped in bend right arm)

5. Shout! KNNBCCB

depend on how u & the other side explain the situation + photo evidence. it's very hard to tell who's right or who's wrong. however when bike in split-lane, most of the time 50%. if it's minor damage, just report to idac & ur insurance (to be safe side) and get ur own repairs done.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?
