Was wondering if i totally remove the high beam function on my bike, will it still be considered street legal?

So far i have not been asked to test the high beam function during inspection before..

usually they don't check the high beam when u sent ur bike for inspection, so technically its not illegal cos u pass the inspection

It's illegal if u get caught, but chances of getting caught are really slim. Btw, why do u wanna take it out?

i've seen a few bikes went for inspection but so far none passed the hi-beam. i think their sensor make it very high requireemnt for hi-beam. however in sg roads, hi-beam not really necessary, only use is for blinking the on-coming hazzards. if u travel to m'sia, better be prep to hi-beam. some roads r so dark n long with no street lights, it's dangerous to travel without hi-beam.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?
