My advice to you is to give away to people who know what to do with it, or reassemble and donate to charity. Its not worth anything if you give to pc shop. Last time i want to sell them they also dont want. I want to give them, they also dont want. Haha.

Try to sell it online.

To add to crazydj's comment, nowadays the business sentiment has changed for PC salvage shops - They prefer to have you sell them big quantities of PCs, just like how my company has recently done. 150 Pentium 4 PCs like yours. What they usually do is to sell them at a higher price to countries that need them the most i.e. Indonesia, where a new PC over there is way too expensive for an individual, or even a company that needs computers for its business to function.

If you find a shop that is willing to take back your PC for a good price, then you're lucky. Else, try browsing the newspaper classifieds; I remember seeing ads that people are willing to take it back for a price.

first of all, TS dismantled the pc, i wont call it a working pc.

then most shop wont take in parts, they have tons of those.

depending on what r the parts, can sell them online, but dont expect to get much out of them.

if u really want to try ur luck, sim lim square, i think 4th or 5th fl, around the back lane, there a few diy shop.

considering the time u spent just to gain a few dollars, is it worth? i also have ton of parts laying around, used to sell online, until i find it's not worth my time, just chunked it one side until a friend needs it.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?
