Just go any bike repair shop.

Sounds like you also need bracket.

Be prepared to part with 20-30 $$$ if you ask bike shop to mount IU for you

 

Also can go hardware shops in kelantan lane area.

 

There is a nut and bolt shop in the row of shops behind the kopi shop opposite LAB. They will have what you are looking for.
