Is it normal for the legs area, beyond the ankle area to be hot?. I felt the heat from the engine is burning my legs. Do i have to flush the coolant?. tia!.

Might be running too lean.. the heat might be coming from the exhaust header.

Recommend to flush coolant once - twice a year. U wearing long pants or shorts?

If i remember correctly 80-90. If jeans maby something wrong alrdy. Like @Raptor said try reject might help.

U haven't try crotch area getting hot on drz. Lol. The sacrifice to make when changing to IMS tank.

Hahaha. Lol!! No lar. I found out that with the underside design of my IMS 15l tank, the hot air that goes thru the rads travels under the tank. And ends up at the thigh/crotch area. Feels nice on a cold day though. Lol. Heater.

 

Btw. Think I saw your bike last two days at PIE going into Clemente ave 6?

Hey guys, ive got this gear shifting problem with my drz sm. its sometimes hard for me to change from 1 gear to another as it often gets 'stuck' in the middle b4 going to the other gear.For example, when i want to engage from gear 2 to gear 3, it sometimes dosent go to gear 3 but stays at gear 2. When i want to down gear from 2nd to 1st, i have to kick the lever quite hard for it to go to 1st gear. after changing engine oil, the gears go smooth for 3-4 days and then the problem will start again. I hope u guys understand what im saying here. So, i need some advise on what could be the problem.

How often do u change oil bro?

Check ur clutch cable. It might need to be replace.
