All SAF helmets are approve, dont you know SIngapore working safety regulation is very strict? so they themself govt sector need to set a good example. And if you got chance to go in PSB to see how they test helmets, SAF helmets is one of them.

saf helmet approved to deflect small calibre rounds and shrapnel. But hitting ur head on the tarmac at over 50km/h is a totally different thing than recieving a bullet to your head. There is little foam to cushion impact as it is designed to stop sharp objects from penetrating while a proper riding helmet is designed more to cushion and prevent excessive deceleration of your pink jelly. so no, falling on ur head with a saf helmet isnt going to have a good outcome.

Was told by an ex-regular that can wear SAF helmet 'cos it's PSB approved. I want to do that next time I go to my next ICT. Then I don't have to carry 2 helmets when I in-pro and out-pro

Tell me, does that helmet even have the foam inside the helmet to protect your head?

In the event that the helmt is intended to serve it's purpose, dun tell me the head can must be smashed against the kevlar?

Also, that helmet covers 1/2 your head...so, what happens to the other half?

'Coolness' is subjective.

Some think wearing a half cap is cool while riding, others think it is silly.

No offense.

Well, there 1 thing for sure. When it all goes down, most of us with common sense would prefer a FF, not a helmet that is not even designed for motrocycling.

Anyone who wishes to use 1, might as well add some grass and camou it while riding. Sure is cool.

In the event that the helmet is intended to serve it's purpose, is the skull going to be smashed against the kevlar?
