Hi. Need some technical input from anyone who has experience with this minor(?) problem (noted since bike was new). Bike is parallel twin 400cc auto scooter.

Observation:

1. Rough idling as if the 'pulse' is a bit fast eventhough the idling is stable and at recommended rpm.

2. Slight vibration/roughness at 3.6k to 3.8k rpm afterwhich bike is smooth at all rpm upwards.

3. No FC or leaking problem and no noticeable unknown noise.

What's been done.

1. Mounting checked.

2. Tires are balanced.

3. Air/fuel adjustments did not help.

4. Power Abuser added - did not help.

5. New plugs did not help.

6. Boon Siew tested and found no problem (electrical or others).

Suspected:

1. ECU programming glitch?

2. Fuel Injection and spark timing problem?

3. Spark Distributor/coil?

4. Sensors not reading correctly (Mass air, fuel pressure, O2, etc)?

5. Engine problem?

Anyone can share likely possibilities and solution?
