Wow ! Overwhelming response for the 3 projects ...... but bros .... i suggest you guys take a look at the final product and then deicide on it ..... i dont want later i kena " HANTAM " wif your guys if the stuffs not up to your guys standard .

If you guys are satisfied .... tell me wat you guys want to do first .... and i'll arrange it in batches .... coz doin all will cost a bomb ...but it will definately will make yor VARA " THE MOST COMPLETE VARA AROUND " !

My bike nearly 5 yrs old liao...discovered got problem with my bike by chance..My friend forget to turn the ignition key to off but just press the engine stop(the red button thingy)..10 min latter try to start the bike but engine totally went dead.Try a few time but the same..In the end my friend had to push the bike while I engaged 2nd gear and after clutch in only then the engine went vroom..TO the toll booth and until left checkpoint did not dare to turn off engine (cause sure engine would went dead) until arrived at mechanic...

Mechanic take out both batt and rectifier can see that both had seen better days..Try to change to super four rectifier but infd that it is different voltage from our bike(so changed to the one suitable for the bike)To note bro,was infd that rectifier on the market cause around $100 to $120(Mechanic say so)...

Forget the brand.Only when the mechanic take out the rectifier from my bike the brand name i remember "DUCATI"...

Hi...all Vara bros,Peace...

...Try to change to super four rectifier but infd that it is different voltage from our bike(so changed to the one suitable for the bike)To note bro,was infd that rectifier on the market cause around $100 to $120(Mechanic say so)...

maybe maybe.. bec... pungster bike 9when it was vara84's bike).. i was just messing around that area.. where the fuse box is.. and after that it came to life...for a while.. *did the same trick on simon's bike.. but.. nothing....*

but but.. mine.. maybe its the connection meter.. to the bike.. cos.. only when after the rain.. will my meter try to be funny..

anyone.. whos seat.. (the botton) edges.. the material abit worn off... ever notice.. that after the rain.. when u squeee that part.. (lots and lots of water comes out)

worry that all that waster in the sponge.. will one day make the sponge into dust.. and then where the heeck am i gonna get new seat from..

anyways.. with out reskinning.. any suggestion how to cover up the small worn out edges?

i was htinking of masking tape.. but that looks awful and will nto last.. and aint that water proof..

DaNiYaL >> bro.....is that compartment some where near the batt. ? if so...that would be the fuse box which holds the in line fuse (red)...with the number 10 (amp rating) ....need to be careful when meddling those fuse... coz @ one time got my trip meter resetted to zero when took it out..

....btw, IMO..it may NOT be the CDI ....coz the speedometer IS the problem not ignition...my 2 cents

Wooh ...aluminium side boxes, that a neat idea man... but i got a feeling the price gonna be way out of my league..

dummy exhaust!! damm damm good idea.. was thinking about this sometime back.. but .didint know how to followup..

.. i once saw a scrambler (honda) 200cc one i think.. that has 2 exhaust.. but the other exhaust.. if you see properly..has no HOLE at the back.. and not connected to anything!!!

but yeah!

i bet it will LOOKS good.... like this..
