hus/wady/biohazard/klutch/specialc >>> my rear brake is really upsetting me man.. went to ntrust to bleed my hose and then my topspeed came worse than before.. *sighs* and its even nosier than before.. and i went back today and they looked at it and said it was ok.. *shrug*.. dunno man.. but they did something to bore my exhaust.. din really get to try top speed though cuz too crowded on the roads..

Hi, been following this thread for a while ~ I am still stuck at Lesson 8 in SSDC... Gosh . . . Kinda makes me a sucky rider I guess.

 

Been saving up for a First hand vara. Anyplace to purchase a new Vara instead of at MAH? I kinda have a feeling that the price they quote is slightly higher? A friend said that ALBERT's has it , but not too sure ..

 

Can someone lend me a hand here ? Thanks

mah is the 1st to import the varadero abt 3yrs back & they still do till now.

 

albert motor i suggest not as alot of bad experience by fellow riders from other thread in tis forum abt their services, might as well u get it from boon siew. 100,000km mileage warranty & 10% discount on spare parts like i enjoy for the past 2 yrs i own my vara125....

 

 

1st motor crash bar for $190 is really cheap & good....sw motech & ricky cross is abt $230 but do bend when u drop the bike....juz my 2 cents...below is a pix of the crashabr

bigger sleeves+ front sprocket+ main jets) for 250+shipping15 euro (437 with camshafts)

In this case, you have to find someone in your country to modify your

cylinder. There are no modifications to make for the crankcase or head.

2 - you send us your cylinders by post office and we make all the job for 335

+ 40 euro (541 with camshafts)

 

The stage 2-170cm3 give more 30% torque but only +5% on cruise speed

The stage 3-170cm3+ camshafts give more 30% torque but +10% on cruise speed

Same here. When i went to Braddell KFC, and i saw one black Vara like mine,riding along the small road then i wave my hand at him and the rider look at me then ride off, like he saw and did not bother. at that time he was with his gf as pillion. hehe... His gf figure quite chio lei... haha..

 

anyway when u spot me riding varadero at bishan area or wherever, my plate is FW 576. ok. then that will be me too. hehe....

DONT give out this kind of remarks.. u may get into trouble. u might make ppl hate u even before meeting u.. just a piece of advice.. and commenting on other's gf is not a pleasant thing to do...!

437 Euros is around SGD$962. That's without the installation. Some more need to find somebody to do up the cyclinder.

 

 

 

Been seeing a lot of Vara125s lately on the road. Most of the times i see them coming from my back or at traffic lights. Just smile or wave at them and they will at least smile back.

wah so expensive sia....performance goes up but reliabilty goes down, juz my 2 cents...cuz my vara i removed all the mods den kept stock as it eats alot of petrol.....since i am keeping ad a transport bike...hehehe!

 

aniwae, u can try changing da jet pin in the carbs stock 82 front 88 rear to 80 front & 85 rear, if i recall correctly den sprocket for pick up instead of 45 use 48 rear, but for touring use 41 teeth better distance, tried & tested aft 3 chain cycles....hahaha!

 

if u want my fren darren ho is selling his FS plate GS 1150, $18k only, worth da money, btw alot of goodies on board & mint condition....

sorry for the guy who i had mentioned... but i did is see the bike. and i dun mind.. as i dun take it to heart one... mi quite cool type.. anyway i agree with lilfarhan.. he is right. i should not have say that but i mention girl but with no name right? no harm right? what i saw is saw lor. not meaning lor... anyway i read some of the forumer that discuss abt the crashbar, i think go to metal rod shop and ask them to make the design of the crashbar, think should be cheaper. dun u agree bro??
