To prevent it from internal rusting...simple...always full top up your tank....thats simple... Exhaust pipe Rusty? There's nothing you can do about it...it is meant to be rusty over time and usage...dun go sandpapering and re-spray it...you will decreasing the thickness of your exhaust pipes...if you still want the rustyness to go away...wrap it with Heat Wrap...Hope this helps...

Haha this bike is my dream bike although it is a second hand one i loved it alot. Thnks for ur advise DaNiYaL. Appreciates it. BTW how many km can ur bike go on one tank? i have difficulty gauging the milage b4 next top up. I went to 360 than top up but realise it only need to top up 8 litres so there should have 9+ litre still left but i cannot see in the tank.

flareon1982>>> dun ask about my mileage...coz when i rode my bike that time...i was clocking 24-25km/h...now the new owner is clocking 31km/h....but i muz say your bike mileage is pretty good...the next time...you top up full...ride it till you hit reserve...and top up again full...took the total distance divided by how many liters you pump in...you will get your bike mileage...

Your mileage is really damn good....

 

To get rid of the rust, go to Mustafa 4th story, the area where they sell paint.

Get a container to rust to paint converter. Buy the black one. Use a paint brush and paint over the rust. After the paint has dried up, use a VERY fine sandpaper and sand over. Then get a can of high temp black flat spray, spray over nicely...

Ta Da, you got a brand new exhaust.

To all - Bros, been getting feedback from the brothers here that some of us need to respray crashbars, re-do some wiring, spray some stuffs. Anyway wanna plan a day where we could do all our bike stuffs together...some of the brothers here have requested to wire up hazard lights for their bike...Our Great AL-SIMMONS is an expert in this...would be greatly appreciated if u could lead us in this....hehe!!! Anyway, hope to do it on a weekend after breaking fast...add ur nick if ur interested in mour small, little project...location is void deck! any void deck will do...

flareon1982 >>> 360km is the mileage i am getting.. toping up bike tank is not like cars.. as the petrol reaches the top of the tank just keep squirting away till it starts to come up the hole.. if u pump shell cannot straddle the bike so even less fuel goes in.. oh.. and don't use a lighter to check the level.. heh.. i usually top up 13 - 15l.. oh.. and keep the fuel c*** in the 'on' position.. pointing down..

No the highest i hit is 100 though. Used in mostly in th morning and there are jams and all the sh*t. Squeeze in between the cars. That milage good? What about ur bike? I am really confused because i go read my shell recipet and it says 8 l loh. I paid only 14 flat without discount yet. i remember seeing this number when i pump because i only have 20 in wallet and i still got 1 more day to go b4 payday. Need to eat lah. thus ya i pump 8 l only and it is to the rim.

where got $450...it's $545.... don't anyhow spoil market value...

but the movie was c***y...i was expecting for the main actor to repent after the incident...but in the end he die...so no part 2 i guess...

if got also i think they will upgrade instead of riding cubs they ride bigger cc bikes maybe 250s....

 

but i think the best person to belanja is the one who just got new job... ("...flight 15 you are cleared to land...")
