WOW, the vara125 2007 (looks good)

Some of it... reminds me of cbr150

- the new headlight

- the fering (similar to cbr150)

- the new mirrors.

 

Anyways what was mention in the article was:-

 

• New dynamic design of the front face and the sides, offering an addition of protection against the wind.

• New Head light double optics and new indicators integrated

• New rear view mirrors interdependent of the handlebar

• New Deluxe version two-tone saddle,

• New electronic injection PGM-FI with system of management of idle IACV (Idle Air Control Valve) for a more consistent operation and startings facilitated.

• New antipollution system HECS3 with catalyst and probe with oxygen.

Wooh.. on the last image of the instrumental panel.

it seems to show.

1) left and rigt signal blinking (now it has hazard mode?) i think so..

2) there is a fuel lite on the left side (indicates the bike is running on reserve ...maybe.. HOW cool.. no need to turn the fuel knob anymore.....WOW!!!)

3) but whats the 'F1' for ? Low Batt indicator? hmmmm

4) and the 2 black button in the centre i think its for setting time and resetting the trip meter..

 

How i wish i can change my panel to that one.... *sigh.....* *sob*

now comes the questions?

 

Everyone put $1 on the plate (like what we did in Cherating) and guess how much the price will be? Closest get to keep the plate....

tis FW7575 was parked at the very front(near the gate), a malay guy wearing the uniform told mi it's 2nd hand(11k ,2-2.5k deposit at least)... well maybe i heard wrongly... he maybe telling mi the 1st hand vara... but i can confirm is.... he onli pointed to mi at the FW7575

Sorry to intrude. Been following your forum, I just passed my 2B a month ago and still on the hunt to own a Vara. I'm so in love with the bike.

Really considering to buy 1st hand but a few of my friends suggested to buy 2nd hand since I plan to upgrade my licence.

Still quite hopeful on owning a Vara 125

 

Embrace > Just a curious qn, you really selling to cog nac? If yes, he's soooo lucky :>

 

Btw I saw a black Vara, think its 1000cc near my block and just the other day I saw 2 of them under my block fixing their bikes. Assuming 1 of them lives near my block but everythime I drive up the multi storey car park trying to spot the vara but can't find it..

Whoever owns, its 1 nice bike you have :>

i know its a pain to wait (given the fact that you already have your 2B,)

but if i was you, id wait for the vara125 (2007) to be in singapore, and get it, and make alll the bikers in this vara125 forum, green with envy!.

 

FUEL INjection! NEW Istrumental panel, such nice colors, such a cool signal indicator, and built in hazard!, reserve lite! bla blah... wow!

 

Frankly, when u got this bike.. there is really not a need to upgrade..this is a perfect city riding bike, and you save on road tax, petrol, What more can u ask for?

 

big bike features, comfort, style,.....

 

I would never let go of my vara125 (its already 4 years old!) ..unless its upgrading to a car...

*yes the bike is that good*

 

so why settle for 2nd hand when u can get the latest, biggest make over vara125. With all th *to die for new features built in*

 

All u then need is just the under cowl.. and ur set!

After I put a 3K down and the New model pop up .. sighz .. nvm .. I guess the new model gonna cost a lot too. . . Think it will cost anywhere near the Aprilla RS125 2006 ?

 

Bike's coming ard next week, gonna invest in a Fullface helmet.. Any recommendations?

My budget is around $600-$800 for Fullface helmet.

Got to get those side box and crash bar too .. ada 2nd hand box tak?

Looks like Helmet is a top priority for me now. (takda cukup duit lah)

Vara125 is really an expensive bike (Ouch)

Total price (loan 3 years) = near 12K. . . .

 

 

Any suggestions? Been looking into Arai's RX7-RR4 and Shoei's X-eleven for now.

I saw one at at Cainhill Hotel car park. Asked around and found out that it belongs to one of the manager of the restuarant. Nice bike with top box and Givi side box. Siver in colour
