Anyone interested to fix up their speedometer with LED strips? I know of two bros here who r interested.. I was thinking if got more people wan to fix it, I can try to do a MO for the strips and arrange a DIY session for all to fix..

1. Scottoiler: Which bikeshop do you recommend I get this installed at? Motoworld? Around how much should I expect to pay?

 

2. Windshield. I am looking for one which is taller than the stock model. Can you guys reco me a brand/ model number and the bikeshop to get it?

 

3. Tankbra: Again, which model and where do you reco I get one from?

 

4. & finally. Power Commander 3. Does anyone of you have this installed? Is it worth the investment?

would be good if you could read up through the pages as it has been repeated many many times. Nonetheless here it goes....:-

 

1) Motorworld or HKL - price S$150 - S$180/= There is also an additional accessories for scottoiler called dual injector. You may want to read up

 

2) GIVI D215S (Chiap Lee) price S$120-S$140/= , Puig (Regina), Ermax (I think Motorworld)

 

3) Bagster , I think motorworld, price im not very sure, but a few pages back, someone did discuss

 

4) Never tried before

Is your bike the 2007 model? If not, mods like PC3 won't ever work on the older carb models.. Anyway, is there even a PC3 for Varadero 125????

 

Even if there is, I don't see the purpose of it.. If you want more out of your bike, that can only mean one thing.. Time to upgrade to a bigger(cc) bike!

Givi windscreen is ard $180.. Now only biketech got stock, selling $190. I got my Ermax from motoworld at $130

dontbother>>> Yo bro! About the power Commander. My opinion is not the worth investment. 3 years ago, 1 brother use a similar system on his vara. Not much of difference. Only additional 5hp. Believe me, you wont be able to feel the additional 5hp on a vara125. May I suggest. Change your air filter to a better one like KNN.
