Has anyone tried out the Power Abuser on their vara and has it made any difference to the performance.

power abuser is just to improve your pick up and also helps throttle response thus, giving you better mileage

i generally try not to mess around with electronics too much and if your bike is non-EFI there really isn't much point in it.. the mods that i did that really worked were the K&N air filter, arrow exhaust pipe, iridium spark plugs and proper, expensive, overly kiasu servicings.. and voila.. the bike was the one of the fastest even with my 110kg frame..

another question, i'm now my rear sprocket is using 41, if i change to 44, the pickup will be better or viceversa? will affect topspeed?

 

last qns, is the light below our lcd screen replaceable?

how much the lcd component cost ar?

Anyone interested to fix up their speedometer with LED strips? I know of two bros here who r interested.. I was thinking if got more people wan to fix it, I can try to do a MO for the strips and arrange a DIY session for all to fix..

There is a point of time when ppl like Embrace, myself, butcherette, Daniyal, Niti, Al-Simmons and a few others also want extra bhp. What we did is we get a very good modification of the engine.

 

 

 

We make it bigger, change it to 400cc in line fours or 1000cc V twin. In other words get a bigger bike...

if u think ur headlight is not bright enough.. try to get stcok ones.. it should be bright and it cost very cheap... 3 buckeroos.. vespa bulb!

 

regarding ur sprockets, a higher teeth rear sprocket will get a better pick up.. but will decrease ur topspeed... and anw, if u ride stock, u will always be fast... how fast more can u go on a vara... if u wanna feel the real speed, go to mount faber and ride down at full throttle.. ah.. then u know what is speed.. hais... want to speed only...

lol! yea la.. our vara is fast enough in singapore already, unless you want to go touring then it might seem a little slow, but hey! it's comfortable man! what more can you ask for in a bike?? :thumb:
