Hi would like to ask what bulbs our meters are using? i suppose there is 3 bulbs for the meters?

and the neutral and high beam light and turn signal light, is it the same as the meters lights?

For the weekly Wed night topup, i feel that the group is getting smaller and smaller.. Maybe due to the jam or other commitments... Would like to suggest another way of gathering for our OutRiderz.

 

How about meeting at Kampong Glam every Wed or Tue night at ard 9pm, from there we can either chitchat all the way or go topup after the Kopi session.

Hideaway>>> Give up about your speedo problem...most of the "old birds" tried to do something about the speedo problem...for mine, speedo not werking but the rpm meter is werking...for some, every time want to start the engine, the distance display reset by itself...for some, the needle stuck at 120km/h, dun want to come down...conclusion is we have tried almost everything to solve the problem except for buying a new speedo set....least you have spare battery...anyway, i believe this is the only complaint that most vara riders had about the bike...the rest is phenomenal...

 

Yup, my speedo working ... just that the distance and time display always reset itself at times .. but lucky its not frequently.... well .. looks like i got a spare battery to keep as a memento ~

 

 

 

Ok ... now i just wana make my bike clean ... lol ~ catch up with u guys after my exams ~

Using T5s, I think there are 6. If you wan the orange ones, I have spares.

although no pickup n speed i feel much better wth varadero very smooth...

i check out first motor last mth. i dnt knw for sure if its still available now.

For the front beak

(2nd Gen GS fender replica - shoter than the 1st Gen)-1 piece readily available selling 150bucks w/o bracket @ that time. N yupz,its kinnda heavy tho. That i have to admit.

first motor damm expensive man. abt $150 without brackets and paintwork.

 

the guy would actually fabricates the fender has moved to another shop - the scram shop beside motoworld(kaki bukit). the shop run by this chap named mathew - big tatooted guy. the guy who fabricates the fender is ah ann. look for him. it'll put u back abt $120 with brackets - no paint work though.

 

its bloody heavy man...too heavy for out bike man. uneccassary weight on the front. think the drz fender might be a beta choice.

FASTING MONTH DINNER

Another thing, Fasting month is just round the corner. Every year, I will be orgainizing breaking fast session / dinner for all muslim and non-muslim outriders. First we had at Mak's Place. Last year we had at Chai Chee Seafood. This year I was thinking on the west side or something new. Sinaran at Teck Whye or Sakura International Buffet at Clementi Woods. So wait and check it out in September.

I totaly agree, felt the weight 1st hand I cant barely lift it.
