Hey guys, is it normal for the temp to raise up to 5 bars when cruising along the expressway at ard 100km/h?

No. Got coolant or not? Fan working or not?

I'm thinking about changing my front tire, relatively little tread left, and the wear isn't even. Any tips on brands / shops?

Andrei! I just change my tyres today! One set of pirelli scorpion trail for $240 at unique motorsports toh guan branch.

This is my second set! Good tyres! I suggest you call them up before heading there or the ubi branch.

Normal temp should be between 3 and 4. Ive never seen it goes to 5 before

I sent it in to K&T for full service today and Clifford sad the temp is normal. Mine will usually be at 4bars and only that one time yesterday went up 5 bar. Flush and replaced the coolant today. Tested the fan to be running at 5 bar.

Hope everything will be ok.

Today on the expressway travelling ard 100km/h, encounter something like no fuel flow no matter how much throttle I open. Went to the road shoulder and as I stop, the engine died. Tot fuel switch was off but checked and it was on the ON position. Off it and on again. Started up the engine and move off without further problem.

Anyone have any idea what happened?

Thank you

Hi all riders!!

By any chance if any of you guys are looking into getting good quality GOREtex jackets/raincoat. Please give my product a consideration too.

link : http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php/370050-lt-CMO-gt-SALES-OF-GORETEX-APPARRELS-JACKETS-*Not-Common-Brands*

Alot of color choices and not the common brands of raincoat riders are using. Quality of water resistant is as good as NS issued. However, it's of a much thinner layers to suit our hot climate. Mutiple air ventilation zippers on the jacket too for riding during the day to protect from sun. More info please refer to thread or contact us! Thanks and ride safe! Cheers!~~

Hi winsguy,

Confirm got fuel cause I just top up full tank yesterday. Only travelled around 70km.

Yes, confirm the fan start spinning at 5 bars. Saw it myself at K&T

Hi Fatt86, definitely have fuel so I did not switch to reserve. But K&T did remove the fuel tank to flush the radiator today. Will ride again tml to see if it happens again.
