$4 HDB overnight charge?

last week I email HDB on monday night about my $4.50 night charge at boon lay shopping centre but email was not reply today. Today I email again for my $4 night parking charge on 27 and 28 Jan.

 

Is night parking at EPS carpark 65cents? If they don't reply me where can I go get my refund?

 

Forgot to include, I'm riding a BIKE.

$4 is only for cars. Bike still remains at $0.65. Think you should go to the respective town council for refund. Where you buy season ticket one.

 

But you mentioned boon lay shopping centre, is it private or under HDB?

i think it should be under HDB, as the carpark are link to the HDB block behind. Just print out the cashcard transcation then approach HDB carpark at Toa Payoh if the local area office does not reply your inquiry.
