Hmmm... not exactly a "naked" bike with that big arse fairing etc...

Although I've seen a couple of SF conversions on Youtube that are nice.

Having one yellow one registered May 2010.

Lovely bike no major issue except for the vibration/buzzing sound from the instrument panel.

Hi, any reviews of the bike? How abt the parts? Heard kawa agent abit.... of a disappointment

Bike is decent(subjective)....Good for commuting.....Excellent fuel consumption...Easy to maintain....Good low and mid range....Top end is rather doubtful...Ergonomics is good...But overall, depends what type of feature in the bike that you are looking at....

 

not too sure abt the agent...so far i bought only air filter and clutch cable....However, for your info...spare part for kawasaki is easily available in malaysia....maybe you might want to consider buying your spare parts in malaysia.....it has good market for kawasaki.....i am trying to get hold of the KL agent.....

So far I have achieved 200 Km/h. I drop by a Kawasaki dealer in Perak before. And the boss there mentioned that the Euro version(with ABS) can only go to up to around 190Km/h. But the ones distributed in Malaysia(No ABS) can go to almost 200+ km/h. Good cruising is 160 to 170 km/h. Just be cautious when stressing or pushing your bike to the limit, because this bike is not for high speed. A metal piece inside the header was broken and I found a crack on my header as well....Just sharing...

hey guys..im very interested in getting this bike...

 

Some of my queries as follows:-

 

1)Any reviews on how this bike perform offroad?

 

2) And i realise that the endcan is rather low (and wierdly placed?)..haha..

anyway, are there any aftermarket exhaust that would so called "elevate" the ground clearance of it?

 

3) Are there any "neccessary" mods required for touring purposes?

versys is no doubt a very nice bike.. always been one of my top fav bikes.. seen one yesterday near ikea tampines, quite slender and cool..
