hi guys!

1) just want to check if it is possible to change the colour of a open/full face helmet. (like change paintwork)

2) if the respraying will affect the quality of the helmet?

sorry if this has been posted before, tried to use the search but nothing comes out of it :faint:

>> respray, yes, can be done. some ppl diy themself too.

2) if the respraying will affect the quality of the helmet?

>> no, as u're doing the outer layer only.

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?

It's definitely possible to change the colour of a helmet.

I don't have the exact details but I've read somewhere that using some types of paint sprays may cause some reaction with the clear coating of the helmet.

It's not advised to spray a helmet. Chemicals can change the flexibility of the material making the helmet less effective.. I have done it in the past but still not advisable..
