hello you guys normally when go jb pa you huh?? want to join you guys go in lei, nvr go in alone before, then the sembawang thread like nobody one :cheeky:

haha... me from brough my bike till now oni pump sg oil 1 time oni... everytime go jb de... but i always go after work... haha... if wan sometime we can meet lorz... wad bike u riding?? u staying sembawang huhz??

Nothing happened dude, just that the bike is dued for full servicing. U mentioned Loois??? The one where Meng Tong works??? I pushed to the one where Fabian owns, and the mechanic is Amir.......different shop.

Yeah....after they installed the humps, the timing for the jams seems to change until I'm also not sure when to go in.....that's why I opt for 2nd link. o_O

U guys go JB pump petrol..it does nt last wan lah...ur tank can hold hw mani litre huh...i use to own sp...all SG petrol....onli nw then go JB...cos my tank 2 big liao

big bikes, small bikes, auto bikes all go in JB n pump petrol plus makan..

 

but for me, i juz pump petrol n den come back to singaore.. i riding s4, holds 18 litres of petrol and usually it can last me about 10 days or even more..

oh... izzit.. i don tin its de hump tat cause de jam lehz... i working in checkpoint so i noe... wad i noe is tat now adays alot of sporean lik to go jb shop/pump... dunno y... funny sia... if u all wan go jb i suggest morning 10am go in 11.30am com out... other i not too sure... cos if i go jb pump i always go short cut de... lazy to join de queue... unless go wif fren lorz.... :cheer: if u ppl wanna go jb can sms me... 94875402... i use my camera help u check... provided tat i'm working.... haha... but den don call me... cos working.... :sweat:

 

ani1 here noe if i wanna change my insurance name to sub rider den ask some1 which is older to take de 1st rider izzit possible?? how much muz pay?? my insurance will be cheaper alot rite?

 

den if i am de sub rider de owner of tis bike will it be me??? cos now currently my bike n insurance is under my name... 3rd party $378 pa... very x sia... den my neighbour willing put de insurance under his name den i can buy 2nd party liaoz... haha...

To add a named rider, aka Sub rider, you pay $50 to ammend your insurance at the agent. If you put the name when you buy the insurance, it's free.

 

To have your neighbour as the 1st rider, you need to transfer the bike to his name. That means, legally the bike is his, not yours. Even summons will be send to his house. Transfer for SP150 should be less than a hundred. But the thing is, anything happens to the bike, he has to help you call police, call insurance, answer questions as legally he's the owner, not you. He can ride the bike and get stop at a road block without any penalty, and of course, you too, as you "will" be the subrider.......no one knows you own the bike except yourself.

 

I suggest not. It's too troublesome for him. And if he has NCB, he can only use on 1 bike, which will be his own bike if he owns one. Oh, did I mention that you will not earn NCB as a subrider anyways??? So if you complain xiong, imagine you on your 2A bike without NCB.....that's more xiong.

 

If sh*t happens, neighbours and frens also no more after that, if things not done properly. Just xiong for a yr first. Part and parcel of a riders' life.

Dun say that......since we stay Woodlands, it's simply too near not too......used to ride a TZR, and the savings I got, was 50%......though my gas last me 3 to 4 days, I'm a bachelor then, and I have all times in the world especially on night shifts.

 

Maybe because I need to save the money for my insurances, road tax and inspections...... :smile:

 

Say, where do you stay??? Northern area or southern area??? My frens always tell me "You stay Woodlands, dun pump in JB is a crime" :cheeky:

Well I agree with logic that it is better if you are the main rider of the bike.

It is really troublesome having a friend/neighbour as a main owner unless you are talking about having your brother/father as main rider.
