Bro, dun worry too much....Let me say that if you are not lucky, you buy Honda also will have to change like 5 coils. If you are lucky, you buy a 500cc 2 stroke bike also no problem.

 

Facts are good to know, but that's it, leave it just at that line....if you really like the bike, go for it. The worst is regrets.

 

Frank Sinatra said "Regrets I have a few, but then again, too few to mention."

 

Let's not make the Monster your too few to mention. Important right now is right time, right bike.

 

Told you how I ended up with a Duc....and has always been happy with it since. My intention was to get any trackbike, so a close fren told me the 748 will be the bike of choice, but if cannot afford then R6. When the moment to choose my bike, I just tell myself the running cost is not so important cuz the fun and coming back safely from PG is more important. I mean, how cheap can the R6 be in running cost when it's gonna be a trackbike? So the next factor is luck, whether I could get the 748 or not....and lucky me, someone happened to be selling and price though a bit on the high side, I work my finances, concluded I could afford it, and have spare cash to slowly complete my cabinet of equipments. Then I gave up other things willingly like bowling, R/C and definately clubbing to fuel my passion for tracks. I'm not good at multitask anyways, I cannot do good in too many things at a time, lol.

Now I dun pillon anyone, so I dun intend to swap back to twin seat, but when I sell bike, the extra seat, extra exhausts goes with the bike of course. And yes, will also sell the bike with whatever race tyres I put on the bike for track....... :lol: Bike now very nice to ride after top overhaul....no choice, even wanna sell already I also have to do it to get every bit of the Duc in the name of twin enjoyment.

We dun mind waiting...in fact we could have a fast group and a normal group....RV point will be R & R after we U turn at 312C. Then once after Sg custom, the speed limit is 80kph and 90kph. Big bike, small bike same same.

I really appreciate Steven for making this affort to organise a meetup....it's moving me to tears :cheeky: But really, with such efforts, if no one support, I really fear what would happen to Woodlands Rider when I leave SG.....

 

This is the typical pattern of this thread....no one organise, everyone ask when meetup. Now ppl put in effort, sweat and $$$ to sms, no one reply. I can BET after the meetup over, sure got "Wah lau!?! Bo Jio!?!
