I see limbs everywhere on the road

Limbs of strangers i have not met

Are the Roads that vicious ?

Or is it just Dangerous ?

Whatever it is, no one can predict what lies on the roads................

It the beginning of the end, when the Shurangama disappears.............

out of 26 times... Eight of the offences happened on Dec 2 alone..

so how they count how many times offence ? each time you start the engine ? move from one place to another ? and how they keep track ?

or he pass by ERP gate 8 times ?

even IMH certification is not enough anymore..

LOL, actually if it's me, I'll choose to go to jail rather than to pay the fine..

Anyway TS, did you try to appeal the first time you were caught? I had a friend who was a first timer also but he filed a successful appeal and thus was only required to pay a fine of $500, instead of the orginal $5000 that they slapped on him.

Thats cheap. I read from mycarforum, actually the fine can be as much as the 17k coe rebate and more, after paying, still red plate after that!
