Hi bro Gunshead, Im confused here. What's the correct size of the stock raider for pilot & main jet..? Inside the Raider manual it stated to be 130#. So which 1 is correct? 110 or 130? Btw may I know wats ur FC like now? A stock raider can clock 35km/L rite? So tat means 35km x 4.9L = Full tank of petrol shud clock around 170+km rite? Can U share sum view..?

for 105km/h to 115km/h riding the bike , u get 25km per liter

do worry a lot , the bike 4.9 litre tank with ron 97 petrol only gives u 120km only

 

if not happy then buy bajaj pulsar which gives u > 65km per litre

 

main jet is # 110

ignore the # 130 manual book say cause they never sell 130

 

mine changed to # 110 and bought in B plus , lavender street

wish all bike shops has these bins for recycle, bike shop throws many oil bottles, plastics and paper boxes daily. it should be recycled. this one i found in goodwill of yamaha

Shock hub RM4 rear wheel .

 

Switch ASSY brake i.e. Clutch pull during start electric. That switch malfunction – spring problem. RM8.70 modify FD110 with FU150

 

Put small rubber for headlight, anti vibration

 

Adjust headlight downwards straight on road

 

Labour charge RM25

 

Bike wash RM 7

Well, you can always use filter for another model and customise it for our Raider. Alternatively, can DIY.

TQ dragsterwish for your opinion.I`m using standard carb Mikuni BS26SS,,but i got in my spare Mikuni 29mm originally from Suzuki FXR150.Good perfomance,,but still prefer standard one though.

 

I`ve bought big bore 170cc kits..Planning to upgrade my Suzuki Belang..Anyone got something to share?

 

Just big block n piston,others are standard..is it ok for my bike?TQ.

Hello Mr Genyang,it is about RM500(Bought in Kuala Lumpur).Also got 190cc kits from indonesia,,about RM900...Hope that helps.
