to all nsr SP riders.. i have a problem with my nsr 150. when i pick up my bike after around 35----40 km ,then i change to gear 2 then i carry on moving on.. when i reaches my traffic light,when i want to change back to gear one do i kick back to neutral? or can i kick back to gear 1? because when i imediately kick back to gear 1. i hear a loud THUCK sound coming out from the gear.. i need help.. is it my way of kicking the gears? or my bike's problem.. help is great appreciated.. =DD thanks to you all in advance..

try 2 kick into gear 1 in a more lower speed....

lol up to u to stop at wat gear.....can also go neutral way before the trafic light n stop with the brakes oni.depend on how u ride r bro..go n try out then see wat u are most comfortable with.no right or wrong answer...tuck sound normal r..unless damn loud like breaking den someting nt right r.

are you using a 'racing footrest'? if it is quite common just kick harder. sometimes from neutral damn hard to go to gear 1 also like keep got the ziggggg sound.

first two gears are "heavy". apparently if its very loud then most likely your speed is still high when you shift to gear 1

its nothing, just remember to close throttle. and kicking from neutral to gear 1 in high speed, creates that loud THUCK sound. this usually happens when you're about to reach a red light at neutral then suddenly green light.

u tried changing to a low gear on a high speed i think like wat the rest said....try getting a lower speed or if not just stop on gear 2 den change to neutral lor if red light, u'll get used to it...
