The rod don't go in fully, u need to put the clutch pump assembly the screw in and it will automatically push the rod. Make sure u fit the correct screws coz they come in diff length

ARGH! seriously?! ****. i left my bike at unique. nvm. monday morning i early early got try.cos when i try to close the cover just like that....the gap quite big at the rod leh. so must screw it in first la?

It will be worst if u pull ur clutch coz the clutch is operated by hydraulic. U need to align the clutch cover and tighten the screws slowly, working 3 screws together not one by one.

I think beside the stick shop. Not at the traffic junction the other one near to carpark at the ubi motor shop.

Just increase yr idle rpm. If nw is 1000 increase to 1200 or icrease till no sound
