drill at the 2 indent, u can see on the underside of the top yoke, i used a single screw normal clamp, an adapter for a fat bar handlebar. if u have the means to spend, jaws and spiegler are better options, mine was the cheapo mod. works great, definitely eliminate the back ache, i sacrificed the screen to avoid the handlebar hitting when turning. intend to diy a screen soon with polycarbonate. mine was diy, so workmanship not pretty..hehhe

i fix a quick release fuel connector to the fuel tank too...works great for removing the tank for cleaning and other meddling...

Initially tot of doing the bar conversion using a DRZ clamp but gave up the idea coz wanna don wanna affect the rigidity of the yoke, how much u get for the quick release fuel hose clamp and is it available locally?

yoke is durable, solid aluminium, the quick release got it from ebay, $35 free shipping, fuel hose from a car parts shop, clamps- normal hose clamp.

if you do to want to sacrifice your original hose, i suggest you get a spare fuel hose, i got a spare hose from ebay too, can always go bck to original.

Bro no need drill on ur orginal yoke la I got a set of aftermarket yoke brand new never use before one all u need is take out the orginal yoke and replace it with the aftermarket one and of course u need buy the handle bar la lol maybe next time gt outing I bring out n show to u guys

Bro after market still need to buy, mine was on the cheap side of diy, if need to go back to original, just take off clamp and handle, fix the original handlebar, cover the holes, less hasle, or just get another yoke. Btw i hv another set of the quick release if interested.

If Bb has problem normally it will show FI error.

The FI light will blink. Diff count of blink diff code diff error...

Most common is 2 long blink follow by 5 shot blink. We call 25 blink.

It's the Ecu or harness problem.

Others ask Jbat n gs n others

If possible get carb

Common problems is wear and tear as these bikes are old bikes..youngest around is 2006-2007 models...mechanicaly the most cialat is con rod besring wear..electrically will be its famous 2 - 5 or 25 blinks..its either u need to change sensor..harness or ecm..which dont cost more than 1.6ksgd..

 

As for the mechanical problem,max can go 3ksgd plus plus depends on how bad is the wear..

Its simply luck to buy a 2nd hand bb. If ure lucky, previous owner have done many repairs if ure unlucky, the bikes in bad shape. If u have extra cash, best to change the wear and tear bit by bit. Obvious sound wen starting a bb is the clutch basket sound which is normal but after it reach 60 plus degrees, the sound will disappear. Carb is powerful and Fi is best as its able to diagnose for any problem as to save time to pinpoint any faults unlike carb which need good guessing wat is the fault. Nevertheless, u'll never regret getting a bb

bro aerosmith, just did the sync at Ah Lai for 30bucks....mine was not so out of sync...did that coz just replace the fuel rail and injectors.
