I'm Back!!! After four days of totally lab work. Tired!! Finally got chance and sit down since Monday!

Sadly, only 2 of us sym rider plus someone's wife riding 150.

To get accessories, go try C.S.T.K 67483900. they should have accessories of SYM.

thx for the help...will try that.more questions....how do u know that ur drive belt is worn out?any symptoms??sorry for the so many stupid questions but 1st time i'm on an auto bike, till now riding still at times pull rear brake thinking its a clutch.

First of all watch your milage. Change a new belt every 5000km. If withing 5000km and you feel your bike is=

1) low in power

2) low acceleration

3) unable to reach top speed

4) easily over heat

I keep forgetting to bring the manual to office to photocopy.

According to tai hin, the make of sym joyride is veru similar to Gilera aka Runner VXR. The belt, tire, bearing and clutch joyride used are the same spec as Gilera.

I would tell Jacky that "confrim made in taiwan more lousy if compare to Gilera"

But he says"not really, you take note of the tire you used. Overtime, you will notice the quality of some taiwan made product"

True enough, Both tires I have is Maxis "made in taiwan" really best!! It has keep me from hitting the front vehicle twice! I made ando once. Never skid!! (Touch wood) and very very good grip. Now I would want to know how it going to last.

wow....serious.had my doubts about the tire....but no bad experience so far.just had my first wet weather ride 2day.no complains.

thanks for the advice on the belting issue.when we change the belt any more things to change eg.bearings or bushings etc.?how much does it cost estimated?

Small tank. I totally agree. I really dun how to planned long distance trip to Malacca or KL with such small tank. But then, in singapore, I only get to top to full tank twice per week at most.

We also can forget about refuelling in JB with joyride. Can we mods the tank to a bigger one? Joking!
