Maybe your fork too low, when go over hump, it bottoms out. ie: compressed fully.

Check to see if it is very short.

If it is lenghten it.

maybe yr mech put too much or too little fork oil, tat's why it is too stiff or hit bottom.

check yr bike manual wat's the correct amount of fork oil.

if not know how much, just do a physical test.

front fork should have approx. 3 inch travel from unload to loaded wt.

tie a string at the fork gasket cover unload (free from any weight).

then sit on yr bike n try to push down the front end with all yr weight.

measure the distance the string has travel from bottom to top.

it should approx 3 inches, if not ask yr mech to drain off or refill equal amount on both fork legs.

another thing cross my mind, why did u change ur fork?

is it due to an accident?

can it be tat ur frame's fork neck have regressed backward, the rake angle has changed.

when go over a hump, front tire may hit bottom part of faring, do check it.

There is no such thing as "running in" the oil in a suspension.

Either the suspension is correctly assembled or not.

Suggest bringing it to a capable repair shop like Planet Motors where they will diagnose the problem at its root (at minimal cost to you the owner) and fix it once and for all.

Planet Motor Cycles is located at

3007 Ubi Road 1,#01-430 Singapore

Tel: 6747 4740 ‎

It's a very busy shop because they have a good reputation for troubleshooting small bikes. But some say, there is a secret password to get faster service :3

no such thing as change fork oil then have to take some time leh. sounds like your fork is bottoming, will damage one leh. either never fix back properly or fork oil not enough. actually i think even without oil this should not happen, because oil is for damping and rebound, the spring should be the one take the shock. they never change your spring to a shorter one right?
