VTEC 2 CDI Repaired

Hi Bros,

i had my spec 2's CDI repaired after it went bust on me (engine didnt fire). was repaired at a shop at Defu Lane. But i just noticed something - HISS is working fine (verified with my spare key which doesnt start the bike now), but the HISS light no longer flashes when bike is off, and the light doesnt turn off when engine is started. its just always on now (not blinking)

is it something to be worried about or just let it be?

also can i reprogram the old spare key in? cause i diy-ed it but idk if the key can be reused once its registered before.
