SBF X9 Cafe 2008 - Amalfi/Evo

i have been ridin my evo for the pass 4 yr, temp. is always @ min. half to 3/4 from the very 1st day.

 

If you oso like this then I think mine is normal. But kenny, I only can maintain this temp while travelling smoothly. Did your bike temp start to rise once it stop/ slow speed etc?

Hi Anyone got encouter that when bike is on main stand. It cannot push down but juz drag the stand? This few days i always encounter this problem. Any expert may recommand me a good 4t and spark plug? Normally i change spark plug ard 6000km. Is it too frequent?

 

-i never sit on the bike n push down,it too difficult n too much energy consume.

i'll stand on the side,left hand on the left handlebar n right hand on the right rear handle,pull n lift the rear handle and it will be able to off mainstand(after off mainstand immediately depress the left brake to prevent rolling).

u need a few tries to perfect it,if not chances of falling to the right if off balance is high...

 

-for plug maybe u can OWS iridium...quite good n was told can last about 10k or more..

one of yr leg have to 'tahan' the metal part that is sticking out at the main stand there to prevent this..

I got a good way to bring it down, let me show it to you when we got a chance to meet up.

 

Normally, now most rider is using Motul, Maxima or Castrol

yes you are right, if in jam, it goes up even faster. Most important is that the fan MUST be working

not too sure for yours but my reset buttons it located at the coolant refill compartment.

i think you have to press and hold the button while switching your bike off and on..

 

seriously i'm not too sure about it..

just drop by some shop and ask them to do.

not to worry,it's the reset button that is doing the trick.

after each oil change,just remember to reset it..
