Hi guys,

 

I went to Cheong Aik to test the flip up helms from Nolan. Realised something: n102 (the newer one) has some difficulties in flipping up. The cache is in the middle.

 

The n101 (older by 1 batch) is easier with the cache on the left side, much smoother in flipping.

 

Any bros have same experience? Or am i fussy?

not true.

i am using the N100(i had, sold 1 off in this forum) and also a N102...the N102 is easier to flip up with 1 hand...you just need to do it correctly...if you try to flip up without wearing it, might be awkward for you, then then again it is the same and more difficult for N100.....

 

the design got to take care of safety aspect and cannot allow the flip up to operate in the event of an accident too right?

i have both N101 and N102 (my girlfriend uses the N101) and i find mine easier to flip up leh...

hi guys.very keen on getting a helmet with intercom..how's the feedback for those who own tat N102??

1)travelling at 110km/h still usable??cos always heard ppl saying travel high speed using intercom will got to tikam(guess) another party wat is he saying abt??

2)the blue tooth set comes in handy??

kit is only the earset and sspeakers.... then you got to buy either to intercom set or blue tooth

and also if i want to listen to mp3s and make calls, do i need the base kit + (intercom or bluetooth) or just the base kit alone?

hi guys,just an update for you fellows.. regina is selling $250 for N102,ask them during wed when i was down shopping..no wonder chong aik say must buy helmet from them then can give discount for the basic kit at 20%..but still save a lot cos chong aik selling 290.. :cheer:

the N102 I got has VPS and comes with PSB sticker so it shd be approved for use on singapore road..
