anyone passed TP on 22nd Oct or later date? I have not received my photocard licence. :(

The license is sent to ur house. If no one was home at that time to collect it, it will be kept at the nearest post office for a certain period of time.

Still no one collects it, then it will be sent back to Traffic Police HQ at Ubi Road.

You will have to go there to collect.

i'm not sure whether my IU is faulty. i had to insert my cash card manually. other drivers can just drive thru.

Some Places can't read bikes IU, so u have to insert ur cashcard into the system.

i already went about 6 CR and 2 RR before that TP lor, waste my money only SSDC, just because they wanna move to another place, wanna 'makan' ppl money. this the biggest mistake i made in life, & that is enrolling at SSDC. sianz

You sound like Rider Tag 89 or 90. Just becuz u fail, y are u blaming SSDC?

These Testers are not from SSDC. Every 3 - 5 yrs, they rotate among the drving schools. So this is ur biggest mistake? enrolling in SSDC? if u didn't Enrol at all, u wouldn't be able to ride at all now.

True, why blame people and not yourself. going for 6CR and 2RR is not alot especially if u are not competent enough. I went for almost double yours.

A second of precaution is an hour of safety. It never hurts to ask.

If it is sent to the nearest post office for collection. I should receive a letter for collection right?

hi people it's my first time posting here! i'm going for my pract 7 soon, any tips? like are they very strict for this assessment? :D

to me it doesnt matter how many revisions u go for..

its how comfortable u are with/without practice.

but obviously.. u cant have too much practice..

Yup... But sometimes it will be left at ur door/gate, and blown away by wind.

If u're free, head down to traffic police to find out more abt ur license.

Hi.... Yes.. Most of US are strict for the assessment.

Tips would be, practice enough so that ur circuit riding is mere perfect without any Immediate Failures.

If you have gotten 16 points in the circuit, example(4pts-wobble. 4pts-Blindspot. 4-Points incorrect gear b4 moving off/stopping. 4points-posture at E/Brake) Then you're left with 2 points for your road assessment.

Same goes for everyone also.

If anyone does not make it for Lesson 7... Please listen to what we have to tell u when we're debriefing, which are ur mistakes. Learn from it, come back again for another CR and dont commit them again.

Please feel free to approach me if any doubts.

P.S If you can't pass Lesson 7 through us? Do u think u can pass your TP?

Practice frequently to be technically adapt, then push yourself above the passing grade. I was constantly hitting over 10 secs for the plank, but for TP I went under 6 secs! And remember to look confident!

PS: Lesson 7's 2 instructors vs TP's 10 testers, have fun for the latter!

Agreed! :thumb:

SSDC is good. I'm going back for my class 3 next Mon. I'm so excited!

Me too, will definitely go to SSDC for my Class 3 next year. My dad ask me take now, but I'm waiting for them to move over to Woodlands first. But scare they delay the move again then waste my time. I think possible to finish Class 3 within 3 months?

plank is my lousiest section. cos i am only 1.53 tall and kinda light. i kiap tank super tight already still will drop plank! very demoralising. haha, for me plank like heng suay, sometimes can sometimes cannot. its damn difficult to keep consistent.

IMHO...during circuit part u cannot have too many pts...at most 4 pts....cause i feel during the road part is the part where u kenna alot of pts w/o you knowing it.
