i passby a place which i think its best for gathering..

located within farrer park

no pple at all . will do a recee tonite to comfirm the location ..

what is the top speed of the varadero 1k ???

how is the maintenance fees like ???

from the honda website found out that the 03 varadero is a FI one ....

anyone riding it ???

how was the fuel comsumption as compare to the carbs counterparts ??

Yeah, just got my tankcover yesterday, got the headlight-cover also at the same time. Pretty happy with it so far! Was complaning a bit so they gave me another $10 off the price of the tank cover - paid 150 in the end. Just shows you never get if you don't ask!!! But of course I waited 2 months for mine!

Probably can't make it on Friday - going some comedy club my wife got tickets for. Will give you a call if I free later on that night and see if the 'meet' still on (think still got your number in my phone).

Yeah, Sweden still in - going to have a struggle with Holland on Sat night, still have hope of winning the cup! hehe

still on fire...

So how is it my fellow vara kakis??

i always got problem getting into this website....getting fed up...i will pm my hp num to all of u.....then mayb varas can help to sms me to confirm the location(ur mention place ar farrer park looks good) anyway me anywhere oso ok....but mayb got to go off early for work(last minute asignment which i could reject)

hope that other vara riders reading this forum will meet up...come on... lets make this a gd 1....

I done 200km/h before but i believe still can up, cos i can feel allowance . But balls cannot take it so i close throttle hehehee

as for maintainace is cheap ,

oil filter ---$12-$13 each , change every 2 oil change

spark plugs ---$ 12 ea x 2 (iridium NGK )

feels like changing than change , so far my mileage 55k just changed twice

Air filter --KNN so just clean can liao .

4t -- fully syn x 4 per change , still got 500-700ml left for next change ($14/bot)

servicing like carb tunning ... blar blar blar abt $100+++

But only done once for all 55k travelled

other than that can think of any liao ... hmm

but it's still okay lah .. not that high nor low like wave

so far no buddy I know riding the FI model , but i heard from angmoh website its much better than current carb model i m riding. Save fuel , 6 gears .

if u wanna join the hugh community of those hardcores , can subscribe to their mailing list . Their VIM (varadero international meet) is damn power!!!

u will not see so many varaderos together in ur life in 1 time

if we could be be up to their 1/3 standard, its happening already.

yup..the VIMs seemed so organised and happening..and it helps that the various european countries have their own dero clubs..
