The playing will be done at any one SAFRA or some of our brudders condos. I think David has offered before and so has Phillip. I really need this and i think many of us do too.

 

Games will be played in the evenings when its a lil cooler and after werk. After the game, we cool down, replenish with water and disperse. The whole idea is to be healthy and also to generate a more tired body for better sleeping for me and us.

 

All you need is to have an exercise t shirt, can be a t shirt you no longer wear, shorts, socks and a comfortable pair of trainers or sneakers. This is going to be twice a week from 7 to 9pm.

 

Lets get healthy ppl. and we wun be so tired when we tour also, Come on, show of hands????????????????
