Be careful, safety 1st.

Easy to speed but hard to stop!

For this bike, I have no confident to stop it when high speed.

Need to keep longer safety distance. I think ABS version much better.

Just installed Kappa yamaha F150i rear rack on my cbr250r at workshop.Not satisfy about the tech workmanship due to poor hand skills caused the rack mounting holes not match with box base plate & leveling slant to backward. Need DIY to improve the mounting & box leveling adjustment.

intending to buy it after i get my class 2a. how's the bike?

 

 

The bike is a good zip-around-town commuter and the mileage per litre is very goo, 1 lit gives between 30-35 km. I bgt mine last Jun and might sell it as I seldom ride it

So far just did my 3rd (3000km) servicing last Fri at Looi's Motor. Never ridden in the rain and always covered after each ride. Not sure what is the mkt price now.

Still looking like new. Change the back rear pillion seat to white colour to match and it looks so much better. The exhaust outer protective layer also wrapped with graphite looking

material as the original aluminium colour dirties easily. Overall, it's a good bike. 90-100km on the road just nice, although 80kmph is the ideal cruising speed for our local traffic conditions.

 

My second bike within 2 yrs. Previous bike was a Yamaha FZ8-S, bgt brand new. Jus changing around as I still love bikes and drive when it rains. That's why my bike is still a virgin to rain.

 

I did not install any rear rack as it totally spoils the look of the bike. Side pannier better looking. I hv a set of small canvas side bags but only will use it when necessary.

I think Spore version is only have either full black or mix(blue/red/white).

Msia version have black/silver, grey, red/silver & mix.

the black/silver, red/silver n grey/silver was the cbr250r's previous year model.. Singapore brought in the bike later n so came with the new color schemes.. All cbr250r in singapore are from boon siew. Mah brought in some parallel ones but not allowed to homologate n sell coz boon siew already did so.. however, u can request for a cover set swap.. call me for more details at 82462269.

bike due to getting stuck in jam and the bike heat is too much. I saw the cbr 250 r

red and silver near jln pemimpin today morning and kinda like the bike but not sure

Bro... as mentioned in my previous post, the one Mah brought in with the grey/silver ones are parallel import ones.. if i am not mistaken, they have been some new rules or some sort that doesnt allow a dealer to parallel import n sell a particular model if the agent has already brought it in.. someting like dat laa.. so Mah cannot sell the ones that come with the grey/silver coverset, coz those are parallel imports.. the ones Mah currently selling are all taken from boon siew.. the all black and tri-colour ones.. but if u want the grey/silver fairings, can just request to the salesperson.. and they will do swap your all black or tri-color with the red n grey/black n grey/silver n grey ones..

ya lor... what to do... if i'm not wrong laa.. dats y u dun see much parallel imports anymore.. there used to be tons of them... PI cb400, drz400, haya, cbr.. all have maa.. now no more liao...

I'm downgraded frm s4 6mths ago bcoz healthy issue. Evenly save fuel cost but still miss my s4 so much bcoz it stability & power. Will back to s4 1 yr later when get well.
