That's a very interesting question but my guess is that your NCD of the other policy will not be affected because every policy accumulates it's own NCD.

Shouldn't be the case la. Claim is for the specific insurance ma, if you accident bike A but not bike B, then you claim from insurance A but not B, B will still be claim free.

Demerit points then yes, if got class 2 then recently passed car license, back to P-plate points. Might as well put P-Plate on your class 2 bike huhuhu

will i get NCD for a 2nd bike with the same insurance co?

Or is NCD for 1st bike only?

NCD for one bike only. Not necessary for 1st bike. You can transfer it to your 2nd bike. Just that out of the 2, you gotta choose which one the ncd stays with.

Also, ncd sticks with your ic number. Not insurance co or vehicle number.

Every policy accumulates its own NCD so when you get a 2nd bike, you start clocking NCD with that policy.

The trick is to use the NCD on the more expensive premium.

Oh really? I didn't know that. All along I thought you could only keep ncd for one bike. Thanks for the info
