Hi, there. Has anyone tried to pump the tyres at petrol stations? I tried but failed to pump because the

pump metal lever could not reach the valve properly. I tried different stations but still in vain. Seems

like the only way is to go tyre shop where their pump head is small. Problem is what happens when

on the road halfway no air?

Guys

The knocking sound is nt the main stand hitting the oil pan.

Although it could have been better design. By having a metal support like kymco n honda. Nt sure yamaha got a metal support anot.

Anyway..

The knocking sound is hitting into the air box screw plate.

It is on the left side.

I will pump with full nozzle inserted till first stop. Then raise to half nozzle position and half trigger, stop when second stop occurs. All this while seated on bike, not on mainstand nor sidestand. I believe fuel will vent if you put the bike on side stand after filling all the way to the neck.

Quizesliver, thanks for your prompt response!

When we go petrol kiosk, the air pump is base on "PSI".

Hence how should we convert using 1.75kg/cm2?

Am new to the bike. Need to know more.

Thanks bro!
