I just foun out they charged me almost 90bucks extra for the new battery. I can get it much cheaper outside. Well live and learn I guess.

I prefer lithium battery, lighter, wont get bloated, discharge way less slower and lasts longer.

Add me in. I interested too. If it's $246 definitely buy from them

Can i propose a mass order to push down the price?Create a list and i will alias with Eugene from Mah.

Chances more highly possible. What say you people?

But whoever must put a deposit, as a show of sincerity and the best pay full cash to Mah.

thanks for tip bro. now we all know. ux take cab, go to bikeshop buy the battery, come back DIY fix. at least $70 saved.

Best part made in Taiwan, just to share mine bought brand new became bloated after barely four months.

Because i practice to write down the date of installation as a habit

They claimed they charged me at cost price some more.

Oh yeah if one can put out an arm to flag down a cab he should have no problem changing the battery himself!! They also mentioned they waived off the labour charges as goodwill gesture. Roll eyes.....

Sales tactics perhaps?

MAH motor is killing SYM brand here from how they handle after sales services.

Good to have alternatives.. Thank god KL able to do parts support.

I wanted to buy a triumph bike.. But looking at how they handle after sales.. I have shelved the idea!

Whatever they carry seem to be overpriced. Wanted to buy Givi Maxia E55, I was quoted more than $700 for a freaking rear box including base plate. Online is costing a lot less..

Settled for a 50 litre Coocase with a cool remote lock unlock function N nice LED brake light for almost half the price.

Those looking for batt, try KS motor along Jalan Besar. It's opp Regina.

Yes i totally agree. No choice got to boycott and to look for alternatives for people like us.

I would prefer to scout for second hand box instead, to save more for a good deal instead.

Lucky for me,i got the box when i bought the bike. I like your storage space of 50L

If you're riding a bike but not calculating the 50 possibilities in the 50 meters of road ahead of you, then you're dangerous and shouldnt be on one.

Lately I observe that there is a slight 'squeaky' sound from the belt area when I move off. Any one experience this?

Think its the sound made when the plates rub against the belt.

Lol i second that bro

Checked. Price remained stubbornly at $337. Its infact $338.

Sales guy mentioned previous guys got it at cheaper because they 'pre-order' and waited 2 months. After all there's only 1 piece left now. He can offer a small discount still to clear it. Those interested can call Mah up and check, or PM me. Looks like buying from KL as attractive.
